The Re-Mix Waltzer was built by Maxwell as a speedway in 1962 for Robert Franklin. Robert owned it until 1979 before selling it to the Dowes Family, where it was operated firstly by Sheldon Dowse, then from 2008 by John Sheldon Dowse. The Re-Mix Waltzer was purchased by Bridlington Fun Park in the year 2000.
