Extra Info

Built by Savage around the mid 1980s, but with most rides of that age, their history can be patchy; however, their as been a decent amount of research into it, and some has been found. Starting with the earliest, we can see the first showmen to operate from new were William Brewer, followed by Joseph Brewer. In 1942, the machine started life in a new hand as John Sanders purchased it and operated it for 4 years before it was sold to Robert Keeble in 1946. Robert sold it to William Murphy Jnr in 1951; however, he sold it 2 years later to Ocean Beach Pleasure Park in 1953. In 1966, the Screeton Brothers purchased the ride, and in 1979 they loaned it to Billing Aquadrome, followed by a longer loan to Lightwater Valley spanning from 1981 to the early 1990s. Since leaving Lightwater Valley, the ride has been in the hands of John Armitage
