Traditional Cakewalk built by Savage in 1909; its first use was by Swales Bolesworth. The machine has had many owners since Swales, starting with the Holland Bros (1911-1923), Bert Holland (1923 - 1932), Charles West Jnr (1932 - 1946) and Edward Holland, who operated the ride from 1946. The ride was passed on or sold to Harry Holland in an unknown year, and upon his death, his Wife carried on the business from 1997 to 2005. With advancing age, Ivy stepped away from travelling, and the machine was transfered to her son Stephen Holland
