Built in the 60s for Butlins in Filey by Edwin Hall under a licence from the Eli Bridge Company. In 1983, Butlins announced the sudden closure of the Holiday Park in Filey; the ride sat silent for 3 years until George Burrow came in and gave it a 2nd lease of life. The Machine travelled the length and width of the country, making a big name for itself until 2021, when George decided to stand the ride down from its travelling days; however, instead of selling it, he decided to loan the ride to Martin Holland, who managed the fairground at Primrose Valley Holiday Park. In a twist of fate, the ride had done a full 360 as the holiday parks fairground stands in the same place as the old Butlins Camp that the ride started at
