Razzamatazz Waltzer has been owned by the Shaw family throughout its history. The ride was originally operated by John Walter Shaw and Marissa Shaw as part of J.W. Shaw Amusements, becoming one of the familys best-known attractions on the UK travelling fair circuit. Following John Walter Shaws retirement, Marissa Shaw continued to run the business and travel the ride to many of the countrys major fairs. After Marissa Shaw passed away in December 2019, ownership of Razzamatazz transferred to her son, Farrar Shaw, who continues to own and operate the Waltzer today, maintaining its reputation as one of Britains most popular travelling fairground rides. The machine was built by Maxwell in 1974
