Extra Info

The German-made Superbowl made its debut with Arend Harms in 1993 before being shipped to the UK the following year to Arthur Holland. While with Arthur, the machine spent a season in 2001 at Ocean Beach Pleasure Park in South Shields. The ride is a Touchdown model and quickly became known for its powerful spinning motion and thrilling experience. In November 2003, Evan Moran Snr. purchased the Superbowl, adding it to the Moran familys collection of attractions. Since then, it has travelled extensively to some of the UKs largest fairs and events, becoming one of the familys most recognisable and popular rides. Its reputation for reliability, presentation, and excitement has made it a favourite with fairgoers across generations. In 2019, the Superbowl spent a season at Coney Beach Pleasure Park in Porthcawl, Wales, before returning to the travelling fair circuit. Today, the ride remains a proud part of the Moran familys showground heritage and continues to entertain thousands of visitors each year, reflecting the long-standing tradition of excellence associated with Evan Moran Snr. and his travelling fair.
