Made by Northern Amusements Products in 1999, this machine started its life with Showman Scott Manning. Named Wild Thing, Scott sold the Superstar in 2001 to Flambards Theme Park, where it entertained visitors from 2001 until the parks closure in 2024. After being purchased by showman Evan Moran Jnr., the ride was refurbished, renamed Reactor, and introduced to the UK travelling fair circuit later that year. With a capacity of 32 riders per cycle, Reactor continues to be a popular attraction at fairs across the country, giving the former theme park ride a new life as part of a travelling funfair.
