Built by Maxwell in 1969 for Walter Scott, Ultimate Waltzer has only had 4 owners from new. Walter Scott sold it to Joseph W Ling in 1976, who operated the machine until the Cox family purchased it in 1981. Despite originally being purchased by James Cox the Waltzer was passed to David Cox in 1984.
