The year this machine was made is unknown but it is known it was built by PWS Rides for a showman in Norway. The Sizzler made its UK return for Elliott Taylor in the year 2000, however, it was loaned to Leisureland for the 2000 Season followed by its sale to Garry Evans in 2001. Early in 2002, the machine found a more permanent home with Raymond Armstrong Jnr who operated the ride till June 2020. In June 2020 Darren purchased the Twist ride to fulfil his commitments at Funland at The Tropicana for the 2020 season, the ride has since become a major asset to the Matthews family.
