Built by H.P. Jackson in 1958 for the Irvin family, first Charles Irvin and then Jimmy operated it before it was sold to Portobello Amusement Park in Scotland in 1987. The machine spent 3 years at the Park before being sold to Irvin Gamble in 1990, he resold it 8 years later to John Armitage in 1998. Michael Thompson purchased it in 2001
