Built by PWS originally for his partner Louise Stevens, However after a year and with PWS rides becoming more Popular, it became hard to juggle travelling with manufacturing, so they sold the machine to David Cox. The Sizzler spent 26 years with David Cox before he sold it in 2022 to Charles Gooch
